Job Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on documentation procedures and education applications to registered GIC Global clients under the supervision of foreign government-affiliated lawyers.
• Offer consultation and counseling to individuals or groups of clients.
• Ensure clients receive excellent customer service aligned with lawyers' guidelines.
• Act as an Educational Career Counselor in collaboration with foreign educational institutions.
• Share valuable information regarding international educational opportunities based on global guidelines.
• Assist prospective students with queries related to studying abroad and explore suitable options.
• Explain the mechanisms of educational migration and opportunities in foreign countries, coordinating with foreign educational institutes.
• Understand clients' needs, provide tailored counseling, and guide them through the necessary steps to achieve their overseas education goals.
• Support clients with documentation and application submissions to university portals.
• Conduct local and international education seminars as needed, inside and outside Dhaka.
• Participate in video shoots and live sessions organized by the marketing team when required.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation from a reputed university
• Preference given to graduates in Business Administration

Additional Requirements

• Age: 24 to 35 years
• Both males and females are encouraged to apply
• Prior relevant work experience is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills
