আজ আন্তর্জাতিক নৃত্য দিবস। এ দিনে কথা বলেছি এমন একজন নৃত্যশিল্পীর সঙ্গে, যার জীবনে নাচ শুধু পেশা নয়, বরং নিজেকে প্রকাশ করার সবচেয়ে শক্তিশালী মাধ্যম—হৃদিশেখ। তিনি একাধারে নৃত্যশিল্পী, কোরিওগ্রাফার এবং ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট ক্রিয়েটর।

দুই দশকের বেশি সময় ধরে নৃত্যের সঙ্গে যাত্রা করা হৃদি নিজের পথ নিজেই তৈরি করেছেন। প্রথম আলোকে দেওয়া এক সাক্ষাৎকারে তিনি বলেন,

“অনেক বাধা এসেছে, নানারকম সমালোচনার মুখে পড়েছি, কিন্তু থামিনি। কেউ সুযোগ করে দেয়নি, আমি নিজেই সুযোগ তৈরি করেছি।”

✨ শুরুটা কোথা থেকে?

হৃদিশেখের জন্ম রাশিয়ার মস্কোয়। মাত্র পাঁচ বছর বয়স থেকেই নাচ শুরু করেন। ২০১৬ সালে টেলিভিশন রিয়েলিটি শো 'সেরা নাচিয়ে'-তে চ্যাম্পিয়ন হওয়ার পর ঢাকায় তার যাতায়াত বাড়ে। ২০২০ সাল থেকে তিনি স্থায়ীভাবে ঢাকায় বসবাস শুরু করেন এবং পেশাদার নৃত্যশিল্পী হিসেবে নিজের জায়গা তৈরি করেন।

তিনি বলেন,

“নাচের মাধ্যমে মানুষের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি, আবেগ প্রকাশ করতে পারি। নারীদের অনুপ্রাণিত করছি, সংস্কৃতিকে তুলে ধরছি—এই কাজগুলো আমায় তৃপ্তি দেয়।”

🔄 ফিউশনের ভিন্নধর্মী পরিচিতি

হৃদিশেখের নাচে রয়েছে ফিউশন স্টাইলের একটি শক্তিশালী স্বাক্ষর। শৈশবে শিখেছেন কত্থক, আর কিশোর বয়সে হাতেখড়ি হয়েছে হিপ-হপ, ওয়েস্টার্ন এবং আরবান ডান্সে। জনপ্রিয় গান ‘বেণি খুলে’, ‘ঝুমকা’, ‘চেনা চেনা’-তে কোরিওগ্রাফি করে পেয়েছেন তুমুল প্রশংসা।

২০১২ সালে হাঁটুর চোটের কারণে কিছু সময়ের জন্য নাচ বন্ধ রেখে মনোযোগ দেন কোরিওগ্রাফিতে।

“কোরিওগ্রাফি করতে গেলে আরও গভীর দক্ষতা লাগে। আমি নাচকে ভালোবাসি, এটা আমার ভিত্তি। আমি সবসময়ই নৃত্যশিল্পীই থাকব।”

‘হৃদিশেখ স্টারবেজ ড্যান্স স্টুডিও’-র মাধ্যমে শিশু-কিশোরদের নাচ শেখাচ্ছেন। তরুণদের অংশগ্রহণ নিয়ে তিনি আশাবাদী,

“অনেক মেধাবী তরুণ-তরুণী এখন নাচে আসছে। সমাজের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিও ধীরে ধীরে বদলাচ্ছে। এখন নাচেও ভবিষ্যৎ আছে—তরুণেরা সেটা বুঝতে পারছে।”

তবে চ্যালেঞ্জও রয়েছে। হৃদিশেখ বলেন,

“সামাজিক চাপ, প্যাশন আর বাস্তবতার ভারসাম্য রাখতে হয়। বহু সমালোচনার মুখে পড়েছি, তবুও পিছু হটিনি।”
