📢 Urgent Guidelines for HSC Exam 2025
The Dhaka Education Board has released urgent directives concerning the upcoming HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) and equivalent exams in 2025. These orders focus on safeguarding question paper security and ensuring a safe, fair examination environment.
🔐 Secure Handling of Question Papers
- Exam centers must verify all question papers received from BG Press.
- Discrepancies in question sets must be emailed to the board by June 19, 2025.
- Strict compliance with set allocation and paper integrity is mandatory.
📦 Answer Script Submission Rules
- All answer scripts must be delivered to the Exam Controller's office on the same day.
- Delivery must be done in-person under police escort or via railway parcel with time-stamped documentation.
- If immediate delivery is impossible, scripts must be sealed and secured in local police or treasury custody.
🧍♀️🧍♂️ Health Safety & Seating Distance
The HSC 2025 exams will start from June 26 and end on August 10, with practicals from August 11 to 24. Over 1.25 million students will take part.
- Due to COVID-19 and dengue spikes, strict health protocols will be enforced.
- Physical distancing in seating arrangements is mandatory.
- Students and staff must follow sanitization, face mask, and medical screening guidelines.
🚫 No Exam Delay
Despite student protests on social media, the Dhaka Board has confirmed the exam schedule will not change. Current infection rates do not meet the threshold for deferral, officials stated.
